Our base for the duration of the weekend is the stunning natural harbour of Port de Soller on the island of Mallorca. The majority of those who have travelled from overseas will be staying here.  It is located 30 minutes drive from Palma airport.

With its fish restaurants, cafes, sandy beaches and friendly atmosphere it has been described as the ideal backdrop to an Agatha Christie novel.  Surrounded by the Tramuntana mountains, this horse shoe harbour has the best of both worlds – magnificent mountain scenery and a sea view to boot. The tram line that heads inland to the town of Soller runs along the promenade and helps to maintain that authentic Mallorca feeling – the perfect location for a cycling weekend.  You are guaranteed to be inspired by the culture, food and wine as well as the riding.

Sa Calobra is a small port, east of Port de Soller – a short trip on a boat, but 35km by road.
